Not A Question, But I Eat A Lot Of Quick Carbs. For Energy
I found out years ago that if I was falling asleep if I ate something that was high carbohydrate it helped with energy. Unfortunately those carbs take their toll and cause liver issues obesity and diabetes. I would supplement with caffeine. Also, I used to dump in about 3 Tbs. of sugar to my cup of coffee. I am now trying to wby with fewer carbs now and am losing quite a bit of weight but it’s hard. To quit those carbs. Yes - you eat to have energy - gain weight- there is a name for it. I remember I couldn't sleep and candy I had from Halloween ,I would eat away so I could have a buzz and then I new I would crash and come down. Then I slept.
Sugar can trigger sleepiness and for me it made the nightmares much worse, full on war dreams. I can't eat sweets near bedtime.
I thought carbs. Put weight on you and make you tired.
I've noticed I eat a lot of carbs (bread, Rice, Potatoes, etc.) but I eat a lot of sugar and salt too. I am finding when I am bored and just sitting at the computer, (because I am having problems with knees and swelling) I fall asleep. But if I have food at the computer I will eat and play at computer so I don't fall asleep at the computer. I have gained 40 + lbs. I have no teeth and my dentures I don't wear, I don't know why. So a lot of carbs ar soft; What I eat a lot is soft.
Are You On Some Special Diet?? What Kind?? Did U Try Intermediate Casting?? I Think Carbohydrates Or Gluten Make My Cataplexy Worse....
