Has Anyone Tried The Shock Clock 3 Or Other "electric Shock" Type Devices?
Tried hooking myself up to 2 tens units while driving from Arizona to Louisiana.
Not as good as you may think
I used shock clock to wake up. You can modulate the shock strength and frequency and set alarms that won’t stop shocking you until you do jumping jacks. Even then, I will habituate you it and start doing jumping jacks in my sleep so I have to put it aside for a month or so and go back to it. I cycle through different alarm systems and shock clock is one of them. What you’re describing seems different - a sudden onset of sleep as opposed to emerging from sleep. But that’s my two cents.
I've been using one small shock therapy device that hooks to my ears. It def works, hurts, but works. Short trips and right when I feel an attack coming on I have popped it on and it gave me a jolt until the next sleep attack.
