Does Anyone Experience Issues With Poor Circulation?
Thank you for taking the time to tell me this. I am definitely nodding my head in agreement with all you said. I do get very cold and tired at the same time also, I will pay more attention to this.
Before I was diagnosed I asked several doctors why I get cold “ from the inside out”. No one could answer me. Since being diagnosed, I realize it’s my warning that I need to take medicine and if I let it go too long… I’m asleep… for hours . When this happens I’m not able to wake up for several hours. When I do wake I’m no longer cold. I don’t know if it’s a form of cataplexy, but I suspect it is. My son who is diagnosed as well has similar experience. His hands and feet get cold, then the rest of his body and he will go to sleep. He’s warm when he wakes up.
If it is below 50 my feet and hands are like ice, even though we keep the inside temperature the same with no changes. I am like a human thermometer! I know when to wear a winter coat or jacket judging by my hands and feet.
Luckily I don't have this problem. I also do a lot of sports and walk a lot with my dog. This helps me stay awake.
