I too have sleep apnea. I prefer the nasal pillow, which rests under your nostrils and you breathe normally. So lightweight and I hardly even know it is there.

That`s a high dosage I would say

I also use a Cpap! I have a few mask as breath thru my mouth! They have a new mask out that is really soft! It is comfortable so been using my Cpap every night now!
