Yes. I take the most amount of Wakixs & sunosi every day and I’m often sleepy throughout the day I just try and push through it. But I also know it’s because I only average between 4-6 hours of sleep a night

I take 2 Modafinil a day, and supplement with caffeine, and still have daytime sleepiness and occasional sleep attacks too. :(

You didn't say what your medication is,
but in my case I take fewer or more pills depending on my fatigue level, which often is not the same from day to day- one of the more aggravating aspects of my narcolepsy.
