L-CM (l-citrulline malate) has been a godsend for brain fog. I mix the powder with water in the morning and find it keeps those "zombie mode" moments at bay. Besides my prescriptions, it is what has made the most significant difference for me.

I also agree with Sleepyhead82 that knowing what you eat that makes you sleepy is big. Large, carb-loaded meals can affect me for days.

This is a great question! I’m interested in knowing what others say. For me I wouldn’t call this a remedy per se, but knowing when, and when not to eat carbs, since they have a tendency to make you sleepy along with consuming V B12 early in the day to keep me more active when I need to be

I have no one answer so here are some of things that have improved my life force around me.

Lemon juice cleanses and zings the negativity out of the body

Aromatherapy in diffuser for room and energy cleanser
pure lemon, lime, focus, rosemary

Cannabis Sativa for wakefulness, mood changer, stimulation, fun, love feeling,
Indica - specific appetite stimulation is a WINNER to get me to the fridge and find my groove in the kitchen finnallly!!!
Indica helps to fully slow me down at night for a real lovely deeper sleep. I still wake up but it’s a game changer

Crystals - which ever suits your vibe

Rainbow shiny spectrum flashy sun catchers to increase the energy flow around me all the time….

Fresh bedsheets every fortnight

Shower before bed

Shower as soon as I wake up

Stay ACTIVE is the best cue for narcolepsy but it takes TRAINING in your lifestyle to DO the little things to get out of bed…

TOP QUALITY Coffee IS MY GREATEST MOTIVATION TO GET OUT 🛌 and keeps me active for the entire day
Here’s the Flow
Fine your local best coffee roasters and smell and figure out the beans that suit. Buy 1kg or whatever keep it real this is our medicine.
Grind your beans fresh every time
I use Italian stove top. Flawless everytime and gives me time to roll a joint. Oh baby I’m outta bed for that everyday.

Be wise with your cannabis selection because of the variety, enjoy the experimentation to find the ones that suit.

LOVE YOUR BEDROOM

I love you

Great music

An instrument of some sort.

Satisfy the hidden things inside yourself to make yourself happy and I am full on baby it works. Find the tools that make you happy .

Live in a bright yellow vibration somewhere and Pink
In a room, furniture pillow, clothing somewhere in your life.

my neurologist prescribed suppliments for my specific needs. I have Cirrhosis of the liver, had liver cancer twice, a heart conditition, acid reflex ,poly neuropathy anemic, and arthritis in my back and hands am in chronic pain. among the suppliments are B12 and B2 vitamins which I take in the morning with a couple of shots of esspresso
and some oxy. The pot whether sativa or Indica justs puts me right to sleep. I play with my big Rottweiler a little while (15-30 minutes) then I cook my breakfast always high protein seems to work for me. Omelettes ,bacon and eggs, homemade hashbrowns, lox and bagels. I eat fresh veggies from my garden. the carbs don't seem to bother me that much. I only use provigil if I am going to a meeting or lunch with someone to keep me alert and awake. I do not use it daily. I take naps during the day. I drink tea in the evening which usually eases my pain and relaxes me. I use either black or green tea with sometimes mixing some Ginger and lemon tea in with it. Caffeine works very well in my system in help relieving pain and it seems to relax me and keeps me "even" . I like to cook ,garden, read (when I don't fall asleep) and write stories and books. a far cry from my younger days of flying airplanes, racing cars, sailing boats, going on expeditions in the rain forrest, mountain biking.. and I think that I have been in the emergency room more than the average person .it has been a good life (Im 74 yrs ) and still is I've just turned down the activity level to meet my present condition. I just retired this year after running a fleet of refrigerated trucks
for nearly 50 years,(my own business).I started my own business because no one would hire me because I kept falling asleep. Thank you God for narcolepsy so I could be myself and not work for anyone else.
