Do You Keep A Nap Schedule Or Is It Random?
What schedule works for you and how long do you nap?
My brother and I don’t have a nap schedule. We frequently get sleep attacks and I personally cannot do a 20 minute Power Nap and wake up again. If I go to sleep, I wil be asleep for at least 2 hours, and lately it can be up to 10 hours. I think it may be due to anxiety, the weather and menopause. It must be a precious gift to be able to take a Power Nap and feel refreshed or feel like you can a least keep going.
I need to work full time, how am I ever going to do that? I can't make it through a whole day but I've got rent like everyone else. Anyone else working full-time? I cannot imagine this! but I need a roof over my head and the kitties
I have to prepare for a sleep attack. Mostly in the later afternoons. It is not regular, but I know when it is coming. So I would sit or lie down, if I can and within 10-20 minutes of being out, I'd be up and get on with my day/night.
I nap whenever I feel tired. It's usually after work and I sleep anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. My neurologist said though that a 20-minute nap should do, and it should keep you awake for 4 hours.
