Not well, but I do use a sunlamp that helps me. I use it every morning.

I really don't have an answer, because I havent noticed much change. I just muddle through. Now, I am going to pay better attention to see if I can tell a difference for me.

I try to do the best I can with all my autoimmune syndromes. Presently the Sjogrens is the most debilitating for me.

It's very difficult this time of year. I'm not currently medicated, but I'm considering it. People think I'm on drugs when I have I have sleepy spells. Even after I explain it to them. I also have chronic migraines with aura. The aura starts before the migraine and I'm usually extremely sleepy and I have severe confusion. It's all been so rough lately.

You just got to keep pushing and going. Going to watch out for that autopilot it creeps up on you when you least expect it. We are all worth it don't let your mind tell you anything different. Have a great day
