I have both narcolepsy and epilepsy and I have seizures most often on waking (this is normal) and I find that both illnesses are worse if I am stressed or upset about something.I take long acting melatonin to sleep, Vyvanse 60mg to wake up (thank you husband), two epilepsy medications and Cymbalta for cataplexy. I take Keppra and Epileptin for the epilepsy.

Does Keppra cause drowsiness during the day, or is it the disruptive sleep patterns from the condition. Its so confusing when the neurologist can't find any answers or reasons for symptoms.
