Yes I use a little not a lot my dad was a alcoholic I use to over drink. I'm mindful of how much I sleep 😴💤 not a hangover no one wants that. I use just enough to sleep 🥱

I drink a beer once in a while with friends! It’s good to get out! I usually go to my friends down the street and we get together drink and talk! I do it about once a week! Nice!
