I can’t seem to take normal melatonin without being completely out of it the next day. But I have come across Pure zzz’s that claims to not give next day grogginess. Some morning are better than others on my ability to wake enough to be to work on time!

Has anybody else experienced issues passing out after eating? Or issues after eating a high-carb meal?

I take generic Adderall two forms 30 mg XR and 30mg IR and since October there has been major shortage in this country and I've been able to get 10 pills and 10 capsules out of the 30 my prescription is written for. Then I asked for a solution and doc wrote a script for Ritalin and that does nothing for me. I’m sleeping longer at night on xywav but wake up several times still. Will I ever get enough quality sleep to not doze when sitting for a bit?

My doctor is going to start me on Skyrem (Xyrem with less sodium) and I was wondering what people's experiences are with it. Does it work well? Does it cause any negative side effects? Do you still need to take other meds to fight day time sleepiness?

I've tried almost all of the narcolepsy meds and nothing worked. I'm on Adderall 20mg 3 times a day... which barely work all day, and I take Trazodone 150mg at night (which work great) to sleep.
