Yes but not able to take nerotin or gabapentin so help is off. Never heard of duloxetine

Ever Heard Of Reading-induced Narcolepsy?
I pretty much can’t read more than 2-3 pages of a novel without dozing off. Makes life quite weird at work when I have to read film scripts. Watching TV/ films is also pretty bad. Don’t know when I watched a whole movie/ even in the cinema.
What is helpful is when I want to nap… all I need to do is read for a few minutes.

I am lucky enough to only experience cataplexy a handful times a year. So I don't try to medicate for it

I have started to fall asleep plenty of times and don't know how I got from point a to point b. It's scary. Be careful. If possible try to take a short nap before going on a trip.
