I have been taking adderal for a good 15 years. The highest does and is not helping. I took adderal originally for adhd. But it doesn’t seem to work anymore. Do you have any suggestions?

I am disabled for the past 20 years! But when I worked, I worked night shifts! Took me awhile to learn how to sleep at night!

I have narcolepsy. Which explains so very much now. Alot of things make sense. I won't get into my whole sappy life, so here goes my question
I have multiple diagnoses
2 open heart surgeries for mitral valve replacement. Does Anyone Have Less Severe Cataplexy And Could Explain What It Is Like?
I have read into cataplexy and there seem to be more major attacks (falling over and things like that) and more minor attacks (drooping of the face was mentioned). If anyone has the more minor attacks, would you mind trying to describe what it is like? I tried looking on the internet but there is nothing from an actual person with cataplexy's point of view.
