I’ve been on Xywav for a couple of months and don’t notice much of a difference, if any. I will admit, I do not wake up every night for my second dose. I set alarms. I just never actually wake up. Looks like a new, timed-release version of Xyrem/Xywav might be available soon that will eliminate having to wake up and take a second dose.
