Like, any overhead work or going down the stairs, the muscles in my arms/legs will get extremely shaky or run out of energy it seems like. During physical therapy, the more exercises I did, the harder it would be to keep doing them without resting them for a bit. Started out with numbness in my fingers, (I was working a very physical job) and got REALLY bad when my boss had everyone scheduled for 14+ days straight (12 hour shifts, and I lived almost an hour away). There's pain down my spine, sometimes weakness if I'm crouched or something, my joints are constantly popping, but not like air bubbles popping. We think during that work shutdown where we worked so long, I may have tore a muscle (heavy duty physical job), but don't know for sure.
