Yup. I start REM within 4 mins, as my studies showed. Crazy! Sometimes I don't know what's real and what's a dream. That when it gets scary.

Yes and that is called idiopathic hypersomnia which means they can see on the MSLT that you fall asleep in under five minutes but then you have no immediate REM stage sleep and that is apparently the key marker for narcolepsy
