I have had an issue getting my Adderall for quite a few months. I live in Missouri, so luckily I can call around and get it filled anywhere they are available. I have had to call every month to find them. It takes calling from one (IF I am lucky) to five to seven different pharmacies to find it. The last time, I had to call back to the doctor's office to let them know where to call the script in to. I think it is a nation wide shortage.

I've had an issue with getting the right Ritalin refilled. The different brands make a big difference. One brand I do fine with 1 pill a day, others I need 3, of the exact same dose. I did try Nuvigil and it did not work for me. There should be better laws when it comes to meds. It feels like head games when they start changing things and the whole cycle of "what works for me" starts all over.

I take Nuvigil (armodafinil). It works perfectly for me. Ask your doctor if it will work for you.

I can't even search. I live in Ohio where the republican control by politicians has made this new rule of single pharmacy benefit meaning I can only go thru one pharmacy for any medications no matter what. I find that odd as I used to shop around for best prices now they are stuck paying whatever the pharmacy charges and the contractually agreed prices that make sure I'm paying the higher amount

Yes! I had trouble getting my generic Adderall this month. I called several pharmacies but none would tell me if they had it in stock. So I notified my doctor and gave her phone numbers to several pharmacies so she could call. They'll tell the doctor if they have any. Luckily, the first pharmacy had stock.
