What Do You Look Forward To Accomplishing In 2023?
Hi, Pete! I truly understand your challenge of learning proper food choices and energy flow. Lately, what has worked for me while I am at work is to not eat a full lunch. What has worked for me is to solely eat a simple sandwich or a piece of fruit and nuts. Although its not a full lunch, I definitely am no longer hungry. I also do not feel sluggish afterwards either. I wait until I go home to have an actual meal. This way I am able to make any necessary changes to my environment, or myself, as needed. As far as driving, I learned to drive a manual car. It was so embarrassing and discouraging at first, however, I stuck with it and have been driving a manual vehicle for almost 8 years now. Hope this helps!
Retiring in July, spending August at my son's house helping with renovations and bonding with grand-daughter, then 2 week trip to Italy in September (my first time ever), then looking to keep busy and active in retirement with part-time work.
Getting rid of this laryngitis and starting to feel human since I started taking Wakix. I'm going to get some energy back and get back to the YMCA for my water yoga and tai chi. I want to start walking.
I'm hoping I can go back to work PT. But it's hard to find a decent part time job that I can do with my multiple issues.
Mainly working on my health and finding a side hustle to bring in extra money.
Just to be happy. Nothing major.
I know you can accomplish all your goals especially if you keep that last one as one the most important. Other people’s opinions don’t matter! You matter! If someone is going to be negative to you- don’t associate with them. If it’s a family member, tell them not to contact you if the only advice they have to give is negative. You’re making changes and adapting to new things and need support & love, not someone tearing you down.
