Morning Meds - must take before driving, so that I can be alert while driving. The med is Melatonin 200mg and 100mg around noon. Good to go all day. Trouble is, can't nap during the day even if I want to.
I said melatonin - that was wrong. I'll chalk that up to 'brain fog'. The correct answer is Modafinil 200mg. I'm so sorry to mislead anyone ... hope you didn't purchase based upon "crapformation" - my term.

The Power Nap 20 minutes and my meds help. My provider says the best measure is a quality night’s rest! We just require more sleep than most. Hydration about 100 Oz water per day, walking and stretches help my wakefulness.

Strategic napping. Every day at 2 or 3 PM I have to nap for about an hour. After that I can usually finish the day.
