It can feel that way at times. But I'm trying to recognize and be grateful for all of my "wins" no matter how small (taking a shower, making dinner or just going onto another day) and it makes a difference. Don't give up. I feel we are all in this together.

I feel like insomnia and narcolepsy are related, and OCD is running the show

This is exactly how I am feeling at the moment. It is slowly taking everything: socialising, driving, freedom, working, choices in life and the list goes on. I bounce between feeling like this and trying to be positive (but it is never easy and sometimes feels near impossible) and accept the condition but I am definitely not in an acceptance stage yet.

Right now hard to say but,in general I would say being able to get some normal sleep and not feel all tired during the day at different times.
