I get up, take shower and get dressed! 10 am I am ready for bed! So take a nap 😴! Lately I have been sleeping all day! It is summer now and starting to get hot! Can’t use my air conditioner as the utilities are so high! Being hot makes me sleepy too! Don’t know what to do anymore!

It depends on your schedule and commitments but are you able to nap during the day? I pre-empt when I know I will struggle and nap over that time when possible. So if 10am was difficult time, I would try to nap 9:55-10:05 ish.

I am on different medication but I changed when I took mine as I found mornings difficult so I take mine first thing, then mid-morning or lunch depending on how I feel each day and early afternoon which has helped (not 100% but definitely better).
