I can take 60 mg. of Adderall and actually FALL ASLEEP on some days. So frustrating.

I've never tried Vyvanse, but if I sit down too long on any of my meds I can drop off to sleep in short order. Tell your doctor. He might try you on other meds that are more effective. Some work well for some, but not so much on others.

Thank God no one was hurt, my first clue that something was wrong was when I started falling asleep behind the wheel in broad daylight.

I was prescribed 3 70mg capsules a day and still fell asleep and totalled my car luckily no one was hurt! This is a condition I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy!
