Try saline rinses, I do them twice a day, then Flonase. I take Sudafed also.

I would ask your doc. But Benadryl I find sedating. I take Zyrtec instead.

Steroid nasal sprays like Flonase, nasonex, nasocort, and take all antihistamine allergy meds by such as astelin nasal spray, Zyrtec, Claritin, singulair, Allegra, at bedtime! Sinus rinse kit by Neil Mead! Be careful with any decongestant ie Sudafed, Any med with D at the end of it, and
pseudoephedrine, if you are on a stimulant med. Also never take phentermine for weight loss if on a stimulant med. Combinations of these med can lead to heart arrhythmias.

I use flonase, and saline rinses. I'm on Wakix so I can't take any antihistamine.
