I have insane hypnic jerks. Full body ones are the worst

Hi Reginald. I do occasionally (I have type 2) and my son did as well (who does not have narcolepsy) but they found his was due to low iron.

Yes and cramps get so bad no help. So they added flexirel at night. Sleep at night all night. Unusual for me. I'm currently on 40 mg of Prednisone for a different issue. So last 5 days been awake until 8 but today I napped. I'm wore out and can't stay alert. So getting everything together for bed now. I'm turning in early tonight.

Have body jerks in right leg and right arm at night & sometimes whole body. Gabapentin (neurontin) helps me to some extent. Sooo happy to share what's going on with us............thanks........
