Who Experience Falling Asleep At Any Given Time Or Place? I've Fallen Asleep At Work Sitting Down On A Crate, Passenger Seat Riding& Etc
Ok. We fall asleep in weird places but thank God for us being awaken at the times we needed to be
@A MyNarcolepsyTeam Member, I'm sorry you crashed your vehicle. I'm happy that you survived the accident. I hope you have a support group, people in your circle who you can reach out to when you're driving. Talking on the phone gives my brain something to focus on other than the drive. While there are times this doesn't help, for the most part it does. It's all contingent on how tired my brain is. Pray you remain safe in your travels. May God keep his arms of protection around you, that you cause no harm to yourself or anyone else. In Jesus name, Amen.
I can fall asleep at anytime and anywhere. The more stress I experience, the worse my symptoms are. Mental fatigue exacerbates every negative symptom that comes with this illness. I wish for a life of normalcy, without the struggle of being tired all of the time. Where focusing is natural and not something I have to struggle to do.
I've fallen asleep mid conversation. I microsleep while running all the time. I call it the Narcolepsy Blink. Get on a straightaway, close my eyes while I run and blink them open every few seconds. 🤣
