Do You Sleep When You Want Or Do You Stick To 7 To 8 Hours? If You Stick To 7 To 8 Hours Do Have More Symptoms Or Less?

I was told to keep a consistent schedule so that's what I try to do. Idk if it helps fatigue during the day necessarily but it certainly helps me be more consistent at night and a little easier to get out of bed as my body is trained now after years of doing this.

It doesn’t matter if I get 16, 8, 2, none… symptoms never ever end. 😔🥹

I sleep whenever I want and seem to do better than during times in which I have a set schedule.

I agree 100 %! Always sleepy and fatigued, in the morning, after
"napping" never feel awake, never have energy.

I try to stick to my bedtime schedule but if I need to nap during the day I do. Unfortunately my meds keep my brain awake but not my body during the day, so not many times I can nap. Even with meds though I never feel awake regardless of how much sleep I have. So....pretty much a zombie all the time
