I'm glad to know it helps. I've been asking for any stimulant for over 2 years now and I keep getting shutdown because they say the bipolar is too much of risk. I guess the lack of help is less of a risk.

You need to find a neurologist with a special interest in narcolepsy. Nuvigil did help me a little but not nearly enough. Been on methalphenidate for over 60 yrs. now and have been able to function reasonably well. Hang in there and keep looking, it's not an easy search.................................
