What’s Your Trick For Enjoying Holiday Treats And Staying On Track? 🎃
Ij invite all my good friends over for dinner and me and my husband prepare a meal and snacks for everyone . We do our best even though we are disabled and we always have a great time. People there help clean up.
I have to stay on a strictly controlled diet that limits the amount of sugar in one serving of anything I eat to 5g or less. Otherwise I will become so ill and uncomfortable that I will be miserable and have an unbelievably terrible time that will last until the next day. I had a gastric bypass 16 years ago and that also helps by filling me up quickly and prevents overindulging in any kind of food.
It’s hard I just try not to be so excited, scared of it’s scary or try not to laugh so much. I’m pretty much forced to keep myself serious, because I pass out with almost every emotion.
That happens to me but it one last a little while. I'm scared to eat anything because it makes me feel terrible .
I have to myself busy by doing crafts or working on a room in the w. Then I have things put together before I go to bed 🤫
