If you have symptoms of body aches, you may want to supplement B1. Do not buy multivitamins, which may not be able to supplement B1. If B1 doesn’t work, you may also need to buy a combination of D3K2 and methylfolate (B9) + methylcobalamin (B12). Dr. Berger’s video I recommend lists 5 nutrients, and you should try each one in turn. It can not only treat depression but also treat peroxidation problems in the liver, brain and muscles and some diseases!
