(edited) Has Anyone Tried Light Therapy Glasses?

I'm going to purchase luminette 3 glasses to help with my EDS. (Edit: I removed "blue" from my question since I noticed I may have misnamed them.)

Here's the wording from the Luminette 3 website:
Luminette® emits a safe blue-enriched white light peaked at 468 nm. This wavelength is proven to be the most effective at triggering the body's positive response to sunlight. Luminette LED’s have been specifically selected to avoid light close to UV .

An independent study has shown that the Luminette gives the same results as a 10,000 lux light box.

@A MyNarcolepsyTeam Member - thank you. I edited my part bc I may have misrepresented them by adding "blue". I believe they provide blue light vs block it since blue light promotes wakefulness. I will check on this though.

So I haven’t tried Blue Light Therapy Glasses before I do have a blue light filter installed in both pairs of prescription glasses of mine..they help me.. especially when I’ve been looking at screens for a long period of time. But as far as my EDS.. it’s about the same .sometimes it varies depending on the day..

I can honestly say, for myself blue blocker glasses have had no affect on my EDS.
