Is it working? Are you considering other medications to help you get a better night's sleep?

I'm with all the THC/CBD users. It changed my life! 20 mg of CBD in the morning. 2.5 mg of THC honey with sleepy time tea at bed and 5 mg indica gummy about 20 minutes before. (It's not about getting high, I don't want that) and I keep instant release methylphenidate. It varies from 2 to 4 dose of 10 mg each depending on the day and time of year. (I also work 45 hr/wk, attend college, and am remodeling my home) I haven't let this slow me down. I will say some days I crash and sleep all day with or without meds.

I take a 1:1 ratio of CBD and THC. It helps with chronic pain too.😀

Can’t be on sodium oxybate with having a young child and no other adult in the house so just on my restless legs meds…gabapentin, tramadol, and magnesium. Wake up 4 or 5 times per night (that I’m aware of) and am awake for 10-60 min each time. I don’t turn on any lights or technology, religious about sleep hygiene, bedtime routine, caffeine, nutrition, etc. Im now just working on increasing my “sleeping hours” as was suggested in my last sleep medicine appt a few weeks ago. So instead of 10pm-6am, im shooting for an 9pm bedtime

I've been taking a small amount of THC/CBD in a gummy form and it has helped me tremendously with falling asleep and staying asleep. When my alarm goes off in the morning I wake right up and usually have a pretty good day. Somedays are just harder than others and can be miserable no matter what.
