Have any of you taken or are taking Gabapentin? How has it effected your daily life and your sleep studies? Thanks!

A long time ago I took it. Pretty uneventful. Did not help but did not have side effects.

The gabapentin was making the symptoms worse, the tiredness and fatigue, but it did help with the fibromyalgia.

What do you mean that it didn’t work with your Narcolepsy?

I used to take gabapentin before I got diagnosed with narcolepsy for muscle weakness and fibromyalgia, but I discontinued it because in my situation it didn't work with the narcolepsy.

I was on it for a few months for RLS & PLMD. Started at 300mg, and was moved to 600mg. Didn't notice any positive effects personally, was then taken off it.
Later, I read a Mayo Clinic study which said "Most RLS patients require 1200 to 1800 mg of gabapentin daily". (Shrug)
I did have negative side effects which were unpleasant. I had not had any sleep studies while taking it.
