can't really do anything about it , for me it usually comes fast with little to no warning so I usually just fall down because my weak spot is my knees and legs

Generally I get cataplexy attacks when I'm laughing or really stressed. So I just kinda sit down, whether it's on the floor or in a seat somewhere and I just take some deep breaths to calm me down so my muscles start working proper again.

keep a diary and figure out your triggers. Then you can expect it and get some place you can sit and let it roll.
