Physical Pain/lasting Effects From Vivid Dreams?
One symptom I have had so long I didn't even know wasn't normal were the vivid dreams. I could count on one hand the number of "normal " dreams I've had where it feels more like a video game than a real life experience. Almost all of my dreams feel too real, as though my senses are heightened, and I can't tell I'm not awake. Some good, some bad, some just wierd. Now on to my question. I've had this my whole life. I can say that the only thing that can curb the intensity of the violent ones is something that probably sounds crazy. It's to make sure your feet don't get hot while you sleep. Don't ever wear socks to bed.
This won't relieve vivid dreams but will relieve the terror vivid dreams.
Another thing that I figured out is that eating ham gives me nightmares or wild dreams so I avoid ham.
It's crazy, I know. But it helps.
