The doctor takes care of the enrollment with the pharmacy I think the biggest part about waiting is getting the insurance authorization to cover it. Once approved I think a rep and a nurse or pharmacist or both call to speak with you and then get you scheduled.

I don't remember exactly but I know it wasn't bad. The doctor starts the process then the pharmacy calls you to go over everything. They ship it to your door.
