Sleep Attacks
I just recently have developed sleep attacks. I get extremely tired and have to sit down and rest my head. It happens after I workout, or randomly throughout the day. Any tips ?
Find a Doctor who specializes in sleep disorders. I would recommend asleep study, if you do have narcolepsy and or sleep apnea that will prove it. With a diagnosis, comes some credibility.
Without that diagnosis, it's hard Tobe taken seriously.
