Does Anyone Else Sleep Better When They Drink Alcohol Before Bed? I Tend To Sleep Throughout The Night Instead Of Consistently Waking Up.

I just read an article that mentioned drinking and narcolepsy don't go well together and it'll inhibit your ability to sleep properly. "Alcohol interferes with your circadian rhythm and produces a lower quality sleep by blocking your rapid eye movement (REM) sleep cycle.." however a lot of the time I feel like going into rem sleep so much is what makes my eyes and head hurt so much when I wake up? I'm not sure though of course.

It will ake you sleepy but you ned to be careful. One drink turns into a bottle pretty quick and it gets hard to stop. After all it's helping you and whats the big deal, but it turns into one so be careful and plan times to stop drinking for awhile. Addiction is a bad thing to add to this disease.
